Start every meeting with a bit of data
It’s a struggle to maintain consistent focus on what’s most important. The metrics review pattern creates a deliberate space for teams to assess their performance, adherence to key practices, and progress toward objectives. When you stick to it, it is one of the most powerful forcing functions I’ve experienced for honest course correction.
